Co-founder & Chairperson
I hold a bachelor's degree from Shri Krishna College (M.P.) and a post-graduate diploma from D.Y. Patil University, Navi Mumbai. I have 5 years of experience, including team management at BLK Hospital (HR) and leading home care nursing teams. As Co-founder & Chairperson, I assess patient care needs, assign nurses and attendants, supervise staff, coordinate with doctors and families, and ensure infection control, documentation, and patient safety. My critical care background includes ICU, Neuro ICU, post-operative care, ventilator/BiPAP/CPAP management, and emergency response. I believe successful home care depends on teamwork, communication, compassion, and continuous monitoring.
Sonu Singh Taneja
Co-founder & Director
Sonu Singh Taneja is a co-founder Director of our Company. He holds a bachelor's degree of healthcare & hospital management from the DY Patil university Navi Mumbai and a post-graduate diploma Mohmmad Ali Jauhar university 'pharmacy' published by the National Knowledge Commission, Government of India. I have 6 years of experience in HR, critical care solutions, and operations management at Shri Siddhi Vinayak Hospital & Asian Vivekananda hospital Gujrat neurology & critical department, Home Care, where I was responsible for the end-to-end recruitment and management of healthcare staff, including ICU nurses, GNM nurses, B.Sc. nurses, patient care attendants, caregivers, physiotherapists, and home care support staff. My responsibilities included candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, document verification, onboarding, staff scheduling, shift planning, attendance management, payroll coordination, performance monitoring, and employee retention. I ensured that the right healthcare professionals were assigned to the right patients based on clinical requirements. I also coordinated with patients, families, hospitals, and doctors to facilitate seamless service delivery and enhance patient satisfaction. I managed emergency staffing, resolved operational issues, ensured compliance with company policies, and maintained quality standards in home healthcare services.
