The terms that apply when you book care staff or equipment with us.
Services
Secure Life Healthcare provides trained nursing staff, caregivers, attendants and medical equipment on rent or sale. Clinical procedures are performed only as prescribed by the patient's treating doctor.
Bookings and payment
Charges are confirmed before deployment. Payments may be made by UPI, bank transfer or cash. Equipment rentals may require a refundable security deposit.
Staff replacement
If the assigned caregiver is unsuitable, inform us and we will arrange a replacement at the earliest, subject to availability.
Equipment care
Rented equipment must be returned in working condition. Damage or loss beyond normal wear may be charged to the customer.
Cancellation
Cancellations should be intimated in advance. Charges already incurred for deployed staff or delivered equipment remain payable.
